The CCNSG Safety Passport Renewal course is designed to bring safety passport holders up to date with new legislation before their current passport expires. Candidates must attend the renewal course within three months of the current passport expiry date.
CCNSG Safety Passport Renewal Training
The CCNSG Safety Passport is accredited by the ECITB / CCNSG - Client Contractors National Safety Group. The qualification is suitable for all persons wishing to renew their existing passport. Candidates may attend the CCNSG Safety Passport Renewal course up to three months before and three months beyond the expiry date of their current passport.
- Update on legislation and safety practices
- Refresher on the areas covered in the safety passport
- Hazard spotting and job safety analysis
Safety Passport Issue
Successful delegates will be provided with a temporary passport or acknowledgement at the end of the training. This is valid for six weeks until the ECITB issue the CCNSG Safety Passport direct to the delegate home address approximately 3 weeks after the end of the course. The new safety passport will expire three years from the expiry date of the current passport.
Delegates must hold a current and valid CCNSG Safety Passport. If you do not hold a current and valid passport you are required to attend the full 2 day CCNSG Safety Passport. Delegates attending this training must also have a good understanding of verbal and written English language.
National Insurance Number and Photo ID
All delegates need to bring a form of photo identification in addition to their National Insurance number.
You can study the additional one day CCNSG Leading a Team Safely course. In order to be accepted on to the course you must already hold a current and valid CCNSG Safety Passport.
