- The City & Guilds 2330 Certificate in Electrotechnical Technology training course is aimed at either those already working in the electrical industry who wish to gain in-depth technical knowledge without completing an apprenticeship or those wishing to gain in-depth technical knowledge as a route into the industry.
The 2330 replaces the 2351 and 2360 as the main theory qualification for electricians.
The City & Guilds 2330 Certificate in Electrotechnical Technology training course is divided into two parts that can be taken separately: Level 2 and level 3..
- Level 2 is designed for beginners and progressively moves onto more demanding electrical theory.
- Level 3 covers more advanced topics.
The City & Guilds 2330 Certificate in Electrotechnical Technology training course focuses on theory lessons but some practical sessions are included.
To study level 3 students must have first completed 2330 level 2 or the 2360 part 1.
