Course Overview

Training providers have identified a growing need to make learning more relevant to specific business environments to increase effectiveness. New qualifications are required to address new National Occupational Standards reflecting sector-specific needs. In line with this demand, the Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering has been designed to address the food safety needs of the catering and hospitality sector.

Course Certification

CIEH Level 2 Food Safety Courses Certificate Qualification Information

Important Information

• Successfull delegates will be issued a recognised food safety certificate by a nationally recognised training body such as: CIEH, RIPH or RSPH depending on the examination body used by the training centre. Most food safety in catering courses listed on our site are CIEH accredited, however if you require clarification which your chosen course date holds please contact us before you book the course. Certificates are issued by the examining body approximately 6 - 7 weeks after the completion date of the course.
