What happens if my course is cancelled by the training provider?
In the unlikey event your course is cancelled, ENVICO will offer alternative course dates and locations or a full refund
Why do training course prices differ?
Course prices listed on our website are dictated by each independent training provider and therefore the cost for a place on a course may differ
Who should I make my cheque payable to?
Please make your cheque payable to ‘ENVICO Ltd’ and send to: ENVICO Ltd, Armstrong House, 4-6 First Avenue, Robin Hood Airport, Hayfield Lane, Doncaster, DN9 3GA.
How do I make payment by credit/debit card or BACS?
Simply contact our offices on Tel: 0844 5766750 where one of our representatives will be happy to process your payment
How do I pay for my health and safety training course?
You can pay by cheque, BACS or by debit / credit card prior to the commencement date of your health and safety training course
Who issues my certificate? and how long will it take to arrive?
Assuming you successfully complete and pass your health and safety training course, your certificate(s) will be printed and distributed by the relevant examining body (IOSH, NEBOSH, CITB etc). ENVICO have no involvement with timescales relating to the distribution of health and safety certificates, however you can be assured that certificates are forwarded directly to clients upon arrival. Certificate delivery timescales can vary depending on the examining body and can take anything from 2 weeks to 4 months. If I book a health and safety training course with ENVICO, how do I know the quality and standard will be the best?
ENVICO only work with accredited health and safety training organisations which are audited annually by industry examining bodies i.e. NEBOSH, IOSH, CIEH, CITB, IEMA etc. Training centres are audited by examining bodies to ensure they are 'worthy' of running nationally recognised health and safety courses and to ensure the quality of your course is to the highest of standards.
Who are ENVICO? and are you an accredited health and safety training provider?
ENVICO are an internet based Health and Safety training organisation. ENVICO is not accredited by external examining or training bodies to run health and safety training courses. Our aim is to provide the UK with a one-stop shop for locating and booking nationally recognised and accredited health and safety training courses including those accredited by IOSH, NEBOSH, CITB, ECITB, CIEH, IEMA and the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) amongst others. ALL health and safety training courses listed on our website are accredited by the relevant examining and training bodies.
Do ENVICO run any of their own training courses?
No, however ENVICO do arrange bespokely designed health and safety training courses for clients with more 'specific' health and safety training requirements. These courses would typically run on-site for larger groups of staff. ENVICO work with many of the UK's most recognised and established health and safety training organisations and consultancies to deliver bespoke solutions.
