• Food safety hazards
• Temperature control
• Refrigeration, chilling and cold holding
• Cooking, hot handling and reheating
• Food Handling
• Principles of safe food storage
• Cleaning
• Food Premises and equipment

Important Information

• Successfull delegates will be issued a certificate by a nationally recognised training body such as: CIEH, RIPH or RSPH depending on the examination body used by the training centre. Certificates are issued by the examining body approximately 6 - 7 weeks after the completion date of this course.
