ENVICO™ is the UK’s industry tool for locating and booking nationally recognized and accredited health and safety and environmental courses.
Listing Your Courses
We invite health and safety training providers to list their scheduled public course dates on our website. Your organization must be accredited by the relevant examination bodies, for example CITB, IOSH, NEBOSH, CIEH and IEMA. All courses listed on ENVICO™ include locations, course dates and costs and include examination fees and certification.
Course Management - Control Panel
Your course data is managed by ENVICO™ including entry of your course dates on to our website, all you have to do is send us your schedule including information about your courses, we will do the rest.
You will be provided with a unique username and password to access our website so that you can view and edit your company's course data. If you wish you can add new course dates and cancel scheduled courses as and when you need to.
Allowing training provider access to our site is a great new feature, you can view course bookings and their status (provisional and confirmed), this enables you to view how many delegates have paid for their place on your course and subsequently are confirmed to attend. You can view how many provisional bookings are still outstanding and are awaiting payment - this helps you to determine definate numbers for your course.
ENVICO™ Marketing
ENVICO™ website is marketed extensively online via major search engines (paid advertising & SEO), directories, social media and networking sites. Our foresight and investment in search engine optimization over many years has resulted in top positions on search engines for major health and safety related keywords and search terms, which drive significant levels of traffic to our site, this results in literally hundreds of course bookings every month.
What We Offer
We offer a regular feed of delegates with absolutely no upfront investment from the training provider. In many cases ENVICO™ generate significant levels of bookings which creates a new, consistent revenue stream and increased market share for your organization.

It's no secret that health and safety training providers like what we do - we put bums on seats!
Cancelling courses due to a lack of interest or failing to reach minimum course numbers will upset your clients and can result in your cleints having to look elsewhere for a course which fits in with their schedule. Not only in these cases can you lose your clients, this has a negative impact on you company's reputation. If you're not filling your classroom with paying customers we offer a helping hand. How Do Delegates Book On To My Courses?
Website visitors view our impressive course portfolio and subsequently search our huge online database for a suitable course scheduled to run in their local area. To make booking easy we've developed an easy to use online booking system which confirms the clients provisional online booking by email confirmation.
ENVICO™ manage the process from start to finish including checking course availability, collecting payment and ensuring delegates have everything they need prior to arriving at the venue on the morning of the course.
Our bespoke website and management tools encompass advanced workflow management processes, which have been developed and continually refined over almost a decade. These workflow systems enable efficient, advanced and seemless course booking and client management.
