Envico Online Booking Policy

Booking a Health and Safety Training Course

ENVICO Ltd accepts firm bookings through the website, by post and fax. In making such bookings clients accept this ‘Bookings and Cancellations Policy’.

PAYMENT

Course fees are payable in full after a booking is confirmed. A confirmed booking is a booking made online or offline including the acceptance of ENVICO Ltd booking policy. An invoice will be raised for every online and offline booking made. An invoice sent to a business can be paid by debit card, credit card, cheque or BACS. If a booking is made in the name of an individual and not a business payment is taken over the telephone by debit or credit card at the point of booking. A business paying by cheque or BACS should return payment in full within 7 days of the date of booking or prior to the commencement date of the course, which ever comes first.

Please note: Non-payment of the course fees does not result in the cancellation of the course. The course has been booked and full course fees apply unless a course has been cancelled according to our cancellation terms below.

ADDITIONAL CONDITION

All invoices and payments are due before the commencement date of the course(s) booked. Any invoice outstanding beyond this period may be referred to Daniels Silverman Limited and will be subject to a surcharge of 15% plus vat to cover the collection costs incurred. This surcharge together with all other charges and legal fees incurred will be the responsibility of the customer and will be legally enforceable.

COURSE CANCELLATION

Places on courses will not be confirmed or guaranteed until full payment has been received. The acceptance of a purchase order number is entirely at the discretion of ENVICO Ltd. In the event ENVICO Ltd will not accept a purchase order, full payment is required to confirm a place on a course.

All cancellations and re-scheduling must be made in writing prior to the commencement date of a course. Course cancellations and transfers made after a course has been paid for or confirmed by purchase order will be subject to a minimum administration fee of 10%. Course cancellations and course transfers received 15 - 20 working days prior to a course commencement date: 50% of the full course value will be charged. Course cancellation and transfers received less than 15 days prior to course commencement date: 100% of the course value will be charged.

Failure to attend a course will result in the loss of any course fees paid. Clients which do not cancel a booking in writing will result in the loss of any course fees paid. It is the responsibility of the client to confirm the arrival of a cancellation letter or fax. In the event that ENVICO Ltd do not receive a letter or fax of cancellation giving the required notice then full course fees will be payable.

SUBSTITUTIONS

Course delegates may be substituted at any time prior to the commencement of training with no extra charge, however some courses may differ due to examination registrations and other associated issues. For more information please contact ENVICO Ltd.

FAILURE TO ADHERE

If clients fail to adhere to our policy then the client will be liable to make full payment of fees due. For non-attendance at a course there will be no refund and the full fee will be payable.

ENVICO Ltd reserves the right to cancel a course up to and including the date of the course if insufficient bookings have been received. Delegates will be offered an alternative date or a full refund of the course fee.

ENVICO Ltd reserves the right to refuse any booking.

ENVICO Ltd will not be held responsible for any financial loss incurred by a client relating to travel and hotel reservations or any other associated costs. Hotels and other accommodation is booked by the client at the clients own risk. If a training course is cancelled at short notice or a course vennue is changed resulting in costs being incurred by the client ENVICO Ltd will not be held liable for such costs.

ON-LINE COURSES

On-line courses are paid for via the ENVICO website at the point of booking using our secure HSBC ePayment facility. ENVICO are unable to offer a refund after an on-line course has been booked and paid for due to costs incurred after the booking has been made.
