Ergonomic Workstation Setup

Ensuring a comfortable and ergonomic workstation setup is crucial. This includes adjusting the chair height and position, desk height, monitor position, and keyboard and mouse placement to promote neutral body postures and reduce strain on muscles and joints.

Display Screen Positioning

Position the monitor or screen at an appropriate distance and angle to avoid excessive eye strain. The top of the screen should be at or slightly below eye level, and the distance between the eyes and the screen should be around arm's length.
