He has a very easy and likeable manner whilst also getting the job done and the best out of us delegates. It would be nice if there was somewhere that we could have gone to relax in the lunch break, but other than that I was absolutely satisfied.

I have to say the instructor was the best I have ever had over the several first aid courses I have been on in the past few years.
She kept us engaged and I felt I learnt more and retained more than I had previously, cant say enough how enjoyable and informative she made it – so thank you very much!!!

Ash has been my trainer for the last few refresher course I have taken and he is brilliant , his knowledge is fantastic. It was disappointing on the 2nd day to realise Ash would not be taking it, but Ebby was also brilliant

Nigel our instructor was excellent in his execution of the training. He put the information in such a way that it required you to think. He has a very easy and likeable manner whilst also getting the job done and the best out of us delegates. It would be nice if there was somewhere that we could have gone to relax in the lunch break, but other than that I was absolutely satisfied.

I have to say the instructor was the best I have ever had over the several first aid courses I have been on in the past few years.
She kept us engaged and I felt I learnt more and retained more than I had previously, cant say enough how enjoyable and informative she made it – so thank you very much!!!
