Was very pleased overall with the course, the tutors training methods and his knowledge made it very simple to follow as well as interesting. The venue could have been slightly improved but the staff were very helpful all the time.
I found the trainer to be excellent. He used his hands on site experience to "talk the talk" in a way that delegates could relate to. He also identified, and responded to delegates that required a "bit more" from him. He realised when minds were wandering and timed the breaks to suite. I found his approach and delivery encouraged input from the class. Speaking as a construction site manager of 30 + years, he certainly maintained interest.
