Great course, good pace and broad range of participants with different backgrounds enabling good group discussions and input. Good to have an instructor that was not only qualified but had many years of experience of actually doing the job who was able to give real life practical scenarios and experiences of what goes wrong when you do things the wrong way and why you should do them the right way.
Just completed a SSSTS course in Hull, really enjoyed the two day interactive course and found some great tips to take back to work. I was a little apprehensive about taking the course but would like to thank Alan Overment for putting us at ease and making it an enjoyable experience.
