Better signage outside and inside the venue is required as locating the venue/training room was an issue for several delegates.
Course curriculum was well covered by Chris and promoted positive environment.
Improved coffee /tea facilities are needed - although lunch provision was good.
Suggest that the need for NI number should be added to joining instructions as several delegates, myself included did not have information readily available.
