Tom McComb the trainer delivered the course in such a manner that not only kept the attention of the class, but tinged with humour so that it was made interesting and easy to follow and to remember the main points when returning back to site.
We would highly recommend Tom to teach this course again and look forward to sending additional operatives to being taught by Tom.
A slight criticism would be that the postcode takes you to a lorry park approx 200 yards from the training venue.
The course booked on my behalf by a work colleague and paid for by the company training budget, thus I assume all was ok. A very effective invigilator, once you were on his wavelength. One of the best refreshers I've been on.
