I found the course extremely informative and beneficial. The course tutor, Sean Ward, made the experience easier to absorb due to the inclusion of his own experiences and anecdotes, making the presentation more relevant and understandable. I found the venue easy to find with ample parking and excellent facilities. The materials were excellent with all delegates receiving a very informative work book for each learning module. Overall I would highly recommend anyone looking to move into safety.
The course was pitched at exactly the right level. The pace was fine and the course leader, Paul D'Arcy, was very engaging and easy to follow and interact with.
Unfortunately the venue was quite warm and the chairs were uncomfortable. If this was a practical course which involved physical activities then it wouldn't have been so much of an issue but it was a little difficult to concentrate due to these two factors.
It would be helpful if more precise directions were given.
