The course instructor Mike Farrell made the delegates feel at ease with his style of teaching. As this was not the first time we had done the course and therefore going over old ground Mike kept our attention throughout the course.
I will be highly recommending this course and venue to my colleagues when the time comes for them to renew their SMSTS.

Although we had two different instructors from one day to the next and we had a bit of catching up on the second day I thoroughly enjoyed the course and found it most useful.
Venue was excellent set in some lovely grounds.
Lunch provided on both days was of a good standard.
