I found the course to be very informative and also found Rays approach to teaching very useful, keeping a relaxed feel but still getting all information across.
Mark Foster our instructor was excellent as he was very detailed and thorough on all of the topics. However my only complaint was the venue as we were situated in a basement which was very cold and damp with no windows.
Nigel our instructor was excellent in his execution of the training. He put the information in such a way that it required you to think. He has a very easy and likeable manner whilst also getting the job done and the best out of us delegates. It would be nice if there was somewhere that we could have gone to relax in the lunch break, but other than that I was absolutely satisfied.
