The refreshments were not always delivered on time and on several occasions we had to ask for them to be brought in. It would have been nice to have biscuits with the tea and coffee. The lunch was good.
Was very pleased overall with the course, the tutors training methods and his knowledge made it very simple to follow as well as interesting. The venue could have been slightly improved but the staff were very helpful all the time.
