I found the trainer to be excellent. He used his hands on site experience to "talk the talk" in a way that delegates could relate to. He also identified, and responded to delegates that required a "bit more" from him. He realised when minds were wandering and timed the breaks to suite. The instructor had a very easy training technique and his knowledge of health and safety was very impressive, the website addresses he gave us were rather useful and the whole course was excellent.
