Never supplied Books after the course which were included in the price, several phones calls still no books

On the whole, the set- up is highly commendable.

Very good course with excellent venue and location for us, would recommend you to others.

Memory stick has yet to arrive.

No dinner considering the cost seems poor value

The course material was very good and the examples given helpful. It could have been condensed into three days as opposed to four but it is appreciated this might not be preferable to all who attended.
