My instructor on the day was thorough, engaged with the audience frequently and invited any questions we may have had.
The 30 minute video about 3 victims of poor health and safety accidents was quite outdated but still provided relevant information which reinforced what was taught during the day.
The provisions required were excellent and well stocked, with a variety of choice for lunch and an ample break period.
