Outstanding tutor with great in depth knowledge with an ability to ensure all levels of ability within the candidate group comprehend the material being mentored.
A well run and well managed course. The only problem encountered was being given an incorrect address for the course, I am led to believe that the training provider changed locations over a year ago.
I found the course to be very informative and enjoyable. The content and pace of delivery were excellent. The tutor created a very friendly environment which encouraged all participants to engage.
The Instructor named Simon to be honest spoke far too quick and because of this a lot of the refresher training points were not put across. One person did actually point this out to the instructor but he seemed to carry on even faster.
