The instructor made the day very interesting and enjoyable, although he received some sad personal news the night before this did not distract him from his job in hand as an instructor; he was not trying to rush anyone so he could get away sooner, far from it he made sure that all attendees fully understood what he was saying.
Found it a little bit of a struggle to keep up with taking notes during the course as I don't write very fast or do shorthand, but took in more than I expected verbally. Over all a good course, would recommend to other parties.
