The course content and trainer were both very good and the training was delivered very well. The only thing that I feel let the course down was the venue could have been better (old / tired). I also feel that due to the cost of the course lunch could have been provided as other venues provide lunch for the same course.
I enjoyed this course and found it very useful. My only small gripe was with the venue which was a service station Premier Inn and was hell to get to in rush hour. Also one toilet between all the people there is not adequate.
