Overall I thought the course was good,lots of information, very positive trainer, good venue, friendly staff. One slight criticism was that I felt that the timings didn't work too well resulting in the final topics before the exam being a bit rushed, especially after we seemed to have plenty of time to spare on the first day.
Steve Walsh was an excellent instructor, making the course both an enjoyable and informative learning process. The only downside was parking at the venue.
I would like to give credit to the instructor on this course. He had a very structured delivery approach which enabled the course to cover all the required content within time frame with ease. The manner in which the material was delivered was outstanding, Powerpoint slides were kept to a minimum and experiences of the class were used to explore components of safe mamagement. A thoroughly enjoyable course by virtue of the trainers delivery. I would recommend this trainer and course.
