The only issue I had was not being informed of timescales in getting hold of certificate. After calling ENVICO I was informed that this delay lies with IOSH themselves and I have to give praise to the two individuals that did chase an electronic version for me. Please pass on my thanks... Overall good course will recommend to colleagues...
