The trainers were good and had to deal with a very diverse group so at times it was a bit rushed on NGC2 and then slower on NGC1. The venue itself was not ideal, it was moved because of a flood in the basement, but considering the late notice it was acceptable. I did not receive the link with all of the Powerpoint's for the course which would have been good to have received and taken with me.

The course was very well executed. Very easy to grasp, felt the manner in which the training was completed helped gain the knowledge without ever feeling overwhelmed. David (tutor) was very patient and always approachable if any questions were raised. Upon taking the test I felt very confident that I had gained the knowledge to complete and transfer that knowledge into actual work on site.

A well run and well managed course. The only problem encountered was being given an incorrect address for the course, I am led to believe that the training provider changed locations over a year ago.
