Training was easy to book and went very well

The training and venue was good.

Especially early in the week the venue struggled to maintain an effective learning temperature especially as the ambient weather was freezing. The initial booking process was very good but when the initial course was cancelled the re-booking process became frustrating as alternative dates shown on the website were also not available when checked.
