The trainer was clear and consise and was easy to understand. I found him to be a very good trainer. At the right speed, catering for everyone, and there were some that were slower than others, but he made it easy for us all to learn together in a timely manner. Thank you.

Whilst there were sections of the pre-set presentations that were good, there were videos that felt totally irrelevant, some of the imagery used for \"examples of risk\" were poor and the animation left more than to be desired. The content of the booklet however, was excellent. Whilst additional handouts were given to help expand knowledge, it was unclear without additional clarification which parts given were course specific and which were to help give a better over all understanding of the i
