Excellent, well administered course. The instructor was very good, he also appreciated the skills and experiences of each individual delegate. The booking was the simplest, most straight forward process i have carried out. The venue was of top quality with good food.

The trainer had excellent up-to-date knowledge and examples which brought the material to life. The venue felt safe from a COVID perspective & had appropriate precautions in place.

Some Slightly better directions would have been useful, all the delegates found it hard to find on the first day. Also food was provided, which was superb, but course instructions it said it wasn’t. Other than that it was a really good course.
