Finding the right health and safety course on our website is now quicker and simpler. Recent improvements to the course search make it easier to filter by how you want to learn and to browse courses by category. Here is a quick guide to getting the most from it.
Filter by Learning Format
You can simplify your course search by choosing your preferred Learning Format first. Selecting a format filters out the delivery methods you don’t want, leaving only Classroom, Online (instructor-led), E-learning or Distance Learning courses as appropriate.
For example, if you want to study by e-learning, choosing that tab removes classroom, distance learning and instructor-led options — along with location fields you won’t need, such as town, county and postcode. Just pick a course title from the drop-down and search.
If you prefer the traditional classroom format, selecting that tab keeps the location filters available so you can search by town, county, or postcode and radius. You don’t have to use all of them — one is enough to narrow your results.
Browse by Course Category
You can also browse the full course range using the category tabs in the “What do you want to learn?” section of the course search. Each tab lists every course within that category — for example Construction Health & Safety, General Health & Safety, and First Aid Training. Choose a category, then a course title, to see the full description, available learning formats, and booking options.
